Planar 2 Turntable 749
Important to note that the Planar 2 Turntable includes a Rega Carbon Cartridge. The new Planar 2 was developed over the past two years alongside the recently released Planar 3. Featuring the brand new RB220 tonearm and a new 24v, low noise motor, acrylic laminated plinth, newly designed central bearing and more. Even the feet have been redesigned. Available in black or white.

Planar 3 Turntable 1099
Replacing the multi award winning and five time What Hi-Fi? Product of the Year RP3 was going to be a difficult task. It took Rega’s team of designers two years to develop the all new Planar 3 following the biggest re-design of the iconic ‘3’ model ever seen. Every aspect of this turntable has been improved - ergonomics, usability and of course, sonic performance. So how new is the Planar 3? Only two components have been retained from the previous model. A new RB330 tonearm in included. Please note that the Planar 3 can be had with a Rega Elys II cartridge for 1299 a savings of 120. Available in black or white.

REGA RP10 skeletal turntable 6199
Rega’s new top of the line turntable! With advanced components built around their radical (some would say very cool) new plinth design. Featuring a brand new and gorgeous RB2000 tonearm, a ceramic flywheel effect platter and the custom RP10 power supply (allowing total control and accuracy over both motor vibration and speed performance) guarantee the highest level of performance from a Rega turntable to date. Spencer Holbert of the Absolute Sound reported on the RP10 from this year’s CES. He said this “… is a true bargain for those who want amazing quality without all the hassle”. He added, “… the RP10 blows away most everything in this price range”. We’d have to agree.

The Rega DAC-R is a 16/20/24-bit at 32kHz to 192kHz digital to analogue converter incorporating an enhanced version of the REGA designed circuit. Developed to be simple to set up and use the REGA DAC-R is designed to optimize performance from any two channel PCM digital audio source such as a CD player PC or streaming device. Boasting a pair of Wolfson DAC IC’s, 5 user selectable digital filters and a multitude of inputs the REGA DAC is engineered to perform way above its class. Both noise and jitter from input devices have been minimized so as to not to be detectable.

Apollo-R CD Player 1099
Available in black or satin silver finish and with an all new Apollo-R CD remote the Apollo-R is a top loading design housed in a custom compact aluminum case matching the Rega DAC and the Brio-R amplifier. RP6 Turntable 1799 (shown with available colours and TTPSU power supply)
Also available with Exact Moving-Magnetic Cartridge 2199
In addition to the many outstanding features of the RP3 the RP6 adds an outboard power supply. The TTPSU utilizes a high stability crystal locked low distortion sine wave generator. This, along with an efficient drive amplifier fed from a stabilized DC power supply, generates a 24V AC balanced signal of less than 0.05% distortion, completely unaffected by any changes in the mainline voltage and conditions. Even the top hub adapter received special attention as it is manufactured to the highest tolerances and uses a six point mounting system to ensure the platter and vinyl are as flat as possible to the stylus. Another feature of the RP6 is its innovative two-piece platter design constructed from ‘float glass’. The secondary ring platter is invisibly and permanently bonded to the underside of the main platter. The extra ring adds mass to the outer circumference which increases the natural flywheel effect of the platter thus improving speed stability, accuracy and consistency.

RP8 Skeletel Turntable 3399
This turntable deserves a whole web page unto itself. Talk about innovation. Well don’t talk, listen. Listen to legendary Apple Designer Sir Jony Ive who with Marc Newson included the RP8 in their list of
18 of the best designs of all time’ and made it an offering in their equally famous Red Auction. When first viewed you can be excused for having a serious WTF moment. The brilliance of the design becomes apparent when you realize you’re looking at the same turntable in two (included) plinth variations. The traditional rectangular plinth is separated/isolated from the inner irregular plinth and is used when a dust cover is desired, otherwise the irregular inner plinth is used on its own. This isn’t just the pretty girl you take to the dance, this is also the dance itself. 24v low voltage motor controlled by a hand tuned electronic power supply, the TTPSU, and a custom version of the Planar 9 engineered hub bearing assembly are just two of its features. The RB808 tonearm, like the plinth, pushes the boundaries of tonearm design. To give you an idea of the attention to detail Rega lavishes on the RP8 each bearing is individually selected to find the perfect match for the chosen spindle. Did you know the RP8 plinth is 7 times lighter than the weight of the original RP3 plinth? In an era where ‘heavier is better’ Rega decries that convention and argues that heavier plinths and bases just introduce other problems. How often do you get a chance to own an affordable design of all time?

Fono MM Phono Stage 449
The Fono MM is a moving magnet disc stage which has been designed to be effective, easy to use and above all, reproduce music. The new surface mount board layout has been optimized to work with the latest generation of RP turntables. Winner of the What Hi-Fi 2014 Award for Best Phono Stage.

Aria MM/MC Phono Stage 1699
Housed within the Rega half width enclosure are two entirely separate high performance phono stages. There’s one fully adjustable dedicated moving coil and one moving magnet. Each is easy to use and easy to set up. Each has their own input sockets and their own input preamplifier circuitry, the latter is significant in that circuitry could then be designed for each type of cartridge without compromise. The Aria is an all analogue amplifier with no digital control circuitry. It is to quote a reviewer, “an ear opener” while every user has acclaimed it a definite “step up”.

TT-PSU 449
The new TT-PSU has an anti vibration circuit, output circuit protection and improved power supply regulation. It offers the convenience of electronic speed change with reduced motor noise and increased stability for all Rega 24v motor turntables. By using a remote transformer sources of hum and noise are kept well away from sensitive phono and cartridge leads. Compatible with the RP1, RP3, P3-24, RP6, P5 & P7 turntable only.

Saturn-R CD Player
While playing either a CD or a high resolution computer audio file, the Rega Saturn-R is sure to become the favourite of music lovers due to its inherent warmth and musicality. Essentially two products in one the Saturn-R houses both Rega’s famous top-loading transport and a DAC. With plenty of connectivity options, each at the highest possible resolution up to and including 24 bit 192KHz, each is controllable via the included remote. This is the perfect device for listeners making a slow transition to computer audio and at present offers the best of both worlds.

Brio-R Amplifier 999
The Brio-R embodies all the necessary ingredients - substantial toroidal transformer, generous power supply components, rugged output stage plus the use of film capacitors in the signal path and at all critical positions within the phono amplifier. The Brio-R comes with a remote control. While always a fine budget amplifier What Hi*Fi says this is the best one yet awarding it 5/5 stars. It was also awarded Best Sound at the 2012 High Fidelity Audio Show. Although 50 watts may not seem like much the Brio-R is able to attain decent volume levels out of most speakers while delivering large scale dynamic sweeps. As you might expect from a company known for its turntables the Brio-R has an excellent phono stage. A terrific buy.

Elex-R Amplifier 1999
Winner of the 2014 What Hi-Fi Award for Best Stereo Amplifier the Elex-R is a sublime blend of the Brio-R design with the power circuits and advanced phono stage of the Elicit-R. Rega’s engineers have achieved the perfect balance of power, control and dynamics, delivering a performance that always puts the music first. You’ll find lots of connectivity options allowing complete flexibility as well as integration with the rest of the Rega range. 72.5 watts into 8 ohms both channels driven and an impressive 113 watts into 4 ohms both channels driven. Remote included.

Elicit-R Amplifier 3299
What*HiFi said in awarding this integrated amp 5 stars - “This is really one of the best stereo amplifiers we’ve heard at this price. Its staggeringly agility and ability to reveal fine detail is admirable - but what makes it truly impressive is how musical and interesting it sounds.” Power has been bumped up 20w to 105w per channel from its predecessor the Elicit. It’s interesting to note that the improved power circuits are based on the hugely successful Rega Brio-R amplifier. And why not? It’s one of the most acclaimed amps in production. Included, as you’d expect from Rega, is a high quality phono stage but if your system is not vinyl based the same socket allows this line input to be used with a CD player or DAC. Remote included.
